Customer Service and Retail Sales
Get certified in Customer Service and Retail Sales
and be more marketable as you learn skills that will
help you in ANY industry!
As a program participant, you will be required to enroll in both Customer Service & Retail Sales. This is a combination course with 12 hours of course work in Customer Service and 12 hours of course work in Retails Sales as a requirement for completion. Earn your certificate from the National Retail Federation after passing the required tests. After the program you will be placed in a paid work experience that could lead to holiday hire!

Customer Service begins August 23, 2011 and ends September 20, 2011. Class is held Tuesdays from 5:00 pm- 8:00pm. Retail Sales begins September 27, 2011 and completed October 25th.
