Eligibility
You must meet 5 requirements to be eligible for the program and you will be required to show documentation of your eligibility.
1. Be between the ages of 18-21
2. Have your High School Diploma or GED
3. Live in San Bernardino County
4. Be considered low income as defined by federal guidelines and meet low income requirements. See Income Requirement chart below.
5. Have a defined barrier to employment or education.

You will prove your income by submitting your most current pay stub if you are working. If you are currently on public assistance such as Cash Aid, CalWorks, Food Stamps, etc. please come with your most recent Notice of Action. If you are a special education or disabled young adult, please bring a copy of your IEP.

9. Currently receiving Public Assistance
(Food Stamps, Cash Aid, CalWorks, etc.)
